Pharmacy Weight Loss Selkirk is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Selkirk and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services where we determine that treatment is clinically unsuitable for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications dispensed through our service are issued only following a thorough clinical review by our qualified prescriber. A prescription will only be generated where it is deemed clinically appropriate based on the information you provide.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the duration specified on the prescription and are subject to ongoing review. We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw a prescription at any time if clinical concerns arise. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third parties.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or card provider.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked service to your specified address.
Delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions or courier disruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery location is provided.
If your order is not approved following clinical review, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued for orders cancelled before dispatch.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medication. Refunds will not be issued once medication has been dispatched, except where goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our service does not replace your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. Information provided through our platform is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute a full medical consultation. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
We are not responsible for any adverse effects arising from the use of medications where inaccurate or incomplete information was provided during the consultation process.
We handle your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
